Overview

Kirlian photography is used to diagnose diseases. An image is taken by placing a body part on a metal plate and passing a high-voltage, high-frequency electric field through the plate onto a piece of photographic paper. There is no good scientific evidence that this is an effective method for diagnosing diseases.

Kirlian photographers claim that the image produced on the photographic paper can help diagnose diseases. But there is no good scientific evidence to support this theory.
